Charles Hart serves as the company’s Senior Vice President overseeing all client relationships and business development for the Southwest and Midwest Regions.  The Senior Vice President role is to serve as a resource and advisor to ownership and management in the assessment of a variety of strategic initiatives catered around serving our clients better.  Our partnerships with our clients and others in the marketplace are key to understanding, identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new business opportunities, initiatives and alliances. 

Charles’ tenure with SELET goes back 14 years.  As one of the initial employees, Charles has worn many hats.  His involvement includes being a part of fine tuning many of the field guidelines we operate with today.  While developing Sales to improve the market share, Charles assisted with our initial branding and formal introductions to the marketplace, fine-tuned our Marketing & Bid survey tools, created, and improved our Sales & Proposal presentations and established a highly professional image for SELECT within all markets. His efforts were quickly recognized as instrumental in elevating the visibility of SELECT as a premier provider in an extremely competitive market.     

Charles is a proud member of the following Associations:  BOMA, IFMA, IREM, and the Touchdown Club.  He has served these organizations as a board member, committee chairs, or a volunteer capacity in in way he can.  He holds certifications through the IICRC, and LEED®.  He has been married for 22 years with one son and a black lab.

Jonathan "JJ" Jones, MBA, MS SCM

JonathanJones (J.J.) is a 21-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry andhas represented, developed, and managed assets from Corporate Facilities toAgribusiness on 5 different continents. In this time, he has built a top-notchnetwork and has been nationally recognized and awarded as a top manager in theindustry due to his innovation and approach.

Hisgraduate work consisted of two things: applying lean process management tocommercial real estate, and organizational behavior. The latter resulted in apublished work on the business problems of generational diversity that can befound in the International Journal of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, he was aspeaker both at Harvard and the Cambridge business and economics conference inthe United Kingdom.

J.J. isvery involved in BOMA, chairing multiple committees for his local, holdingcommittee chair at the regional level, and active at the international level.He also is a founding member of CRECI and currently serves on the Board ofDirectors for BOMI.

Elizabeth is an Assistant Property Manager with Crescent Property Services in Dallas, Texas.

She proudly serves as Chair of the BOMA International Emerging Professional Committee and is a member of the BOMA International Workforce Development Committee and the BOMA Greater Dallas Government Affairs Committee.

Elizabeth was a recipient of the J. Michael Coleman Annual Conference & Expo Attendance Scholarship and completed the BOMA Greater Dallas Building Leaders Program in 2022. Additionally, she’s part of a multiple TOBY award winning team at the local and regional level, clenching an International win in 2022.

She earned her Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) certificate in 2021.

She was awarded the 2021-2022 BOMA Greater Dallas Administrative Assistant of the Year Lone Star Award.
