Matt Faupel is a distinguished senior property manager at Cushman & Wakefield in the St. Louis area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Technology Management and a master’s in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri. Recognized for his professional excellence, Matt was named a 10 Under 40 Honoree for 2024 by UCM. His career began with managing student housing and conferences at colleges across the country before transitioning to Cushman & Wakefield. In 2022, he received the prestigious Mark of Excellence award for his exemplary management of a global headquarters property.
Matt is deeply committed to his community and profession. Locally, he has taken on various roles with BOMA, including serving on the Emergency Preparedness Committee and co-hosting Coffee & Conversations events. On an international scale, he is actively involved with the Emerging Professional Committee, demonstrating his dedication to fostering new talent in the industry. Matt was awarded the J Michial Coleman scholarship in 2023. He continues to engage with industry conferences, sharing his expertise and insights to drive the profession forward.
